Kawasaki Mach III 500
My next bike(s) were a pair of H1 Mach III triples that looked exactly like the two borrowed pics on this page. Known as the Hiroshima Screamer, these 500cc two-stroke triples were notorious for severe acceleration and truly sinister handling.
Very thirsty, noisy, and smelly, they were a lot of fun in small doses but not very practical. I used the later-model green bike as a parts machine only, but never managed to get either engine running as well as I wanted to. I chose to sell them again before outlaying the money required for major engine and electronic ignition work.
